摘要
当前,我国高校要深入研究育人模式的特点和规律,厘清教学工作思路,把握教学精神实质,形成分级负责的教学领导体系、分工明确的按级治教体系、务实管用的教师培养体系、全程覆盖的章法制度体系、科学高效的教学驱动体系,建立"职责明确、分工负责、按级教学、环环相扣"的闭合运行的教学工作机制,规范高校教学秩序,提高教学效果。
At present, universities in China should research the characteristics and laws of the mode of education in depth to clarify the thinking of the teaching work, grasp the essence of the teaching spirit to build a hierarchical and responsible teaching leadership system, an educational system with clear division of labor according to the level, a practical and workable teacher-training system, a system with all the regulations and a scientifically effective teach- ing-driven system, establish a closed operation teaching mechanism with "clear responsibilities, division of responsibil- ities, teaching at the same level and interlocking each other", standardize the teaching order and improve the teaching effect.
