摘要 作为高校师资队伍的重要力量,青年教师自身的专业发展水平对科学研究和高校教育教学的质量具有直接影响。与中小学教师相比,高校青年教师专业发展具有双重性、自主性、差异性和持续性等特征。我国高校青年教师在专业发展中存在意识不强、教学能力不足、动力欠缺等问题。高校应该从顶层制度设计、系统培养培训、加强教师教学发展中心建设、搭建网络资源平台等方面加以改进。 As an important force of teachers in university, the professional development level of young teachers has a direct impact on the quality of scientific research and the teaching of higher education. Compared with primary and secondary school teachers, the professional development of young teachers in university has the characteristics of duality, autonomy, diversity and continuity. There are some problems in the professional development of university young teachers in China, such as lack of consciousness, teaching ability and motivation. It is necessary to make the improvements of the top-level system design, the systematic cultivation and training, strengthening the construction of teachers' teaching development center and building the platform of network resources.
