深低温停循环技术脑保护在临床中的应用探索

摘要 深低温停循环技术(Deep hypothermia cardiac arrest,DHCA)在1953年第一次被外国学者提出,并于1959年在心脏直视手术中首次临床应用,之后逐渐成熟,并广泛应用于临床^([1])。目前该技术主要应用于复杂性小儿先天性心脏病,涉及到主动脉弓、胸主动脉手术中。并扩展到复杂的非心脏外科手术、危重患者的抢救、器官移植和整形外科等方面^([2])。
