基于供给侧改革思路的舟山淡季旅游拓展研究

On the Off-season Tourism Development Based on the Supply-Side Reform

本文从供给侧结构性改革的发展思路探究舟山旅游业发展中长期存在的淡旺季旅游差异性大,淡季旅游的资源利用与服务拓展明显滞后的发展失衡困境,并从海岛气候,观念及外宣,淡季时节资源利用,潜在市场开拓等方面分析了造成舟山旅游淡季开拓不足的成因,结合国外海岛旅游开发的经验以及舟山自身旅游资源的优势与特色,提出了有效拓展舟山淡季旅游市场可持续发展的若干建议。

Based on the development of supply-side structural reform, this paper probes not only into the differences of tourism development in Zhoushan between the slack and peak seasons but also into the predicament caused by the unbalanced development of utilizing off-season tourism resources and the evident retardation of service expansion. It also analyzes the causes of insufficient tourism development in Zhoushan from such aspects as island climate, concept and publicity, resource utilization in the slack season and the development of potential market. Based on the experience of overseas islands tourism development and the advantages and characteristics of Zhoushan＇s own tourism resources, some suggestions are made to effectively expand the sustainable development of Zhoushan offseason tourism market.
