摘要
针对武汉市某污水处理厂特点,对比了3种方案后,采用高效澄清池+除碳硝化生物滤池(BAF)+反硝化生物滤池工艺在原址上进行升级改造,介绍了该工艺的特点、构筑物、设备主要参数及其实际运行情况。结果表明,出水COD、BOD_5和NH_3-N、TP的质量浓度分别可达到17.1 mg/L、5.3 mg/L和1.1、0.18mg/L,水质稳定达到GB 8978-1996一级A排放标准。可为受严格用地限制的污水厂提标改造提供参考。
For the characteristics of a sewage treatment plant in Wuhan,and after compared of three kinds of schemes,efficient settling pond+BAF for carbon removal and nitration+BAF for denitrification process was used for upgrading and reconstruction based on the original process.The characteristics,structures,main parameters of equipment and actual operation conditions were introduced.The results showed that,the COD,BOD5and mass concentration of NH3-N,TP in effluent could reach 17.1 mg/L,5.3 mg/L and 1.1 mg/L,0.18 mg/L respectively,the water quality steadily met the first level A emission standard of GB 8978-1996.The project provided a reference for the upgrading and reconstruction of sewage treatment plant which was limited by the construction land.
