摘要
高铁的快速发展方便了居民的跨城出行,引起了学者对高铁出行满意度的关注,但当前研究较少从出行链视角对高铁出行满意度进行分析。同时,信息通讯技术的普及促进了居民的智慧移动,但其对居民出行满意度的影响研究也鲜有涉及。本文利用问卷调查数据,以南京市为例,采用有序Logistic回归探索居民高铁前出行阶段满意度的影响因素。结果表明,ICT对居民高铁前出行阶段满意度有一定促进作用,但不同的ICT使用行为对居民高铁前出行阶段满意度的促进作用不同。其中在使用ICT进行出行信息查询中,查询出行路线对居民高铁前出行阶段满意度正向影响最大,其次是使用ICT确定出发时间,使用ICT选择交通方式的正向影响最弱;在使用ICT参与出行活动中,参与出行准备活动对高铁前出行阶段满意度呈现正向显著影响。控制变量中,私家车出行与地铁出行相比对高铁前出行阶段满意度有正向显著性影响,前出行阶段的耗费时间对居民满意度呈现负向影响,出行特征和社会经济属性特征对居民高铁前出行阶段满意度影响不大。最后,本文基于研究结果,从"以人为本"的角度为智慧交通建设提出建议。
The rapid development of high-speed rail is convenient for residents to travel across cities, which has caused scholars to pay attention to the satisfaction of high-speed rail travel. However, the current research has less analyzed the satisfaction of high-speed rail travel from the perspective of travel chain. At the same time, the popularity of information and communication technology has promoted the wisdom of residents, but its research on the impact of residents' travel satisfaction is rarely involved. This paper uses the questionnaire survey data to take Nanjing as an example, and uses the ordered logistic regression to explore the influencing factors of residents' high-speed rail travel stage satisfaction. The results show that ICT can promote the satisfaction of residents before the high-speed rail travel stage, but different ICT use behaviors have different effects on the satisfaction of residents before the high-speed rail travel stage. Among the travel information queries using [CT, the query travel route has the greatest positive impact on the satisfaction of residents before the high-speed rail travel, followed by the use of 1CT to determine the departure time, and the use of ICT to select the transport mode has the weakest positive impact. In the travel activities, participation in travel preparation activities has a positive impact on the satisfaction of the highspeed rail travel stage. Among the control variables, the private car travel has a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of the high-speed rail travel stage compared with the subway trip. The time spent in the previous travel stage has a negative impact on the residents' satisfaction, and the travel characteristics and socio-economic attributes are characteristic to the residents. The satisfaction of the high-speed rail travel stage has little effect. Finally, based on the research results, this paper proposes wisdom transportation construction from the perspective of "people-oriented".
