全面质量管理理论用于医院药学管理工作中的作用分析

Effect analysis of total quality management theory in hospital pharmacy management

目的观察全面质量管理理论用于医院药学管理工作中的应用效果。方法选用2015年5月-2016年5月医院药剂科工作人员12名为对照组,采用常规管理,选取2016年5月-2017年5月医院药剂科工作人员12名为观察组,采用全面质量管理理论管理。对2组的药品管理质量、药剂调配质量及工作人员满意度评分进行比较。结果观察组的药品管理质量、药剂调配质量、工作人员满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面质量管理理论用于医院药学管理工作中的应用效果非常显著,提高了药学管理质量,值得应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of total quality management theory in hospital pharmacy management. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016,12 hospital pharmacy staff members were selected as control group for routine management. From May 2016 to May 2017,12 hospital pharmacy staff members were selected as observation groups for the theory of total quality management. The quality of drug management,quality of drug formulation and staff satisfaction score were compared between two groups. Results The drug management quality,drug formulation quality and staff satisfaction score of observation group were higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of total quality management theory to hospital pharmacy management is very effective,and it is worth applying to improve the quality of pharmaceutical management.
