影响高血压患者口服降压药物依从性的危险因素回归分析

The logistic analysis of risk factors affecting oral hypotensive drug compliance in patients with hypertension

目的分析影响高血压患者口服降压药物依从性的危险因素。方法采用该院自行设计的问卷调查表对122例高血压患者进行问卷调查,观察患者降压药物治疗的依从性情况,比较依从性好与依从性差患者相关因素的差异。结果 Logistic分析显示影响口服降压药物依从性的单因素包括年龄大、教育年限短、单身、对高血压及降压药物认知不足、经济状况差、缺少家庭支持、就医条件不方便、存在不良心理反应、未随访、不能耐受降压药物不良反应、医患关系一般(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示影响口服降压药物依从性的多因素为对高血压及降压药物认知缺陷、年龄大、月收入低及不能耐受降压药物副作用,为影响口服降压药物依从性独立影响因素。结论影响高血压患者口服降压药物依从性因素复杂,应实施相应针对性措施提高降压药物治疗依从性。

Objective To analysis the risk factors affecting oral hypotensive drug compliance in patients with hypertension. Methods A questionnaire survey of 122 patients with hypertension was conducted using the questionnaire designed by the hospital to observe the compliance of antihypertensive drugs,and to compare the factors related to patients with poor compliance and poor compliance. Results Logistic analysis showed that single factors affecting adherence to oral antihypertensive drugs included older age,shorter years of education,singles,lack of awareness of hypertension and antihypertensive drugs,poor economic status,lack of family support,inconvenient medical conditions,and unhealthy psychology. Reaction,no followup,inability to tolerate adverse reactions of antihypertensive drugs,general relationship between doctors and patients（ P〈0. 05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that the multi-factors affecting the compliance of oral antihypertensive drugs were：cognitive deficits in hypertension and antihypertensive drugs,age,low monthly income and intolerable antihypertensive drug side effects,in order to influence oral antihypertensive drug compliance Independent influence factors. Conclusion The factors affecting the compliance of oral antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension are complicated,and corresponding targeted measures should be implemented to improve the compliance of antihypertensive drugs.
