跌倒风险分层法对住院患者护理安全管理质量的影响

Influence of fall risk stratification on the quality of nursing safety management of inpatients

目的观察跌倒风险分层法对住院患者护理安全管理质量的影响。方法选取2016年6月-2017年6月在医院住院治疗的患者466例,将其随机分为干预组及常规组,每组233例。在患者住院期间,常规组患者进行常规护理,干预组患者在进行常规护理的基础上,进行跌倒风险分层干预,比较2组患者跌倒事件发生情况,并对患者防跌倒知识掌握情况及护理满意情况进行调查。结果经评估后,干预组患者轻度危险107例(45.92%),中度危险79例(33.91%),重度危险47例(20.17%)。干预组患者防跌倒试卷总分为(95.46±3.21)分,且在环境、心理、药物、生活、自我保护等方面对防跌倒知识的掌握程度均显著高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者跌倒事件发生率为3.43%显著低于常规组的10.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者对护理工作满意度为96.57%,显著高于常规组的87.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院患者进行跌倒风险分层并采取有效护理措施,能有效降低患者住院期间发生跌倒等不良事件几率,对改善患者病情及心理状态具有一定作用,并能显著提高护理安全管理质量,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of hospital quality fall risk stratification of nursing safety management of patients. Methods A total of 466 patients,who were hospitalized in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2017,were randomly divided into intervention group and routine group,with 233 cases in each group. During hospitalization,routine nursing care was performed on patients in routine group,and the patients in intervention group were subjected to fall risk stratification intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The falls incident of patients,the patients of fall prevention knowledge and nursing satisfaction were compared of two groups. Results After evaluation,107 patients（ 45. 92%） had mild risk,79 patients（ 33. 91%）had moderate risk,and 47 patients（ 20. 17%） had severe risk. The total score of the anti-fall test papers in intervention group was（ 95. 46 ± 3. 21）,and the mastery of anti-fall knowledge in environmental,psychological,drug,life and self-protection in intervention group was significantly higher than that in routine group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of falls in intervention group was 3. 43% significantly lower than that in routine group（ 10. 73%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction of nursing work in intervention group was 96. 57%,which was significantly higher than that in routine group（ 87. 12%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The risk stratification and effective nursing measures for the patients with hospitalization can effectively reduce the probability of falling and other adverse events during hospitalization,and can be used to improve the patient＇s condition and mental state,and can remarkably improve the quality of nursing safety management and is worthy of popularization.
