同时测定土壤中Pb、Cr的微波消解电感耦合等离子发射光谱法 被引量:3

Simultaneous determination of Pb and Cr in soil by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry

摘要 目的建立微波消解法处理土壤样品,使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法同时测定土壤中Pb、Cr 2种重金属元素。方法利用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸微波消解法处理土壤样品,电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定土壤标准物质及农田土壤样品。结果标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999 5,检出限0.96~1.93μg/L,实测值符合实际值范围,RSD<5%,加标回收率为95.5%~104.1%。结论该方法具有较好的线性、检出限、准确度和精密度,且安全、高效、操作简便,能满足土壤重金属检测的要求,为土壤Pb、Cr污染监测提供依据。 [Objective] To establish the method of microwave digestion to process the soil sample, and use the assay of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry to simultaneously detect the content of Pb and Cr in the soil. [Methods ] The soil samples were processed by HC1-HNO3-HF-Perchloric Acid microwave digestion method, and the soil standard substances and farmland soil samples were detected by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. [Results] The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was above 0.999 5, and the detection limit was 0.96-1.93 μg/L, the measured value was in line with the actual value range, RSD〈5%, and the standard recovery rate was 95.5%-104.1%. [Conclusion] The method shows good linearity, detection limit, accuracy and precision. In addition, it is safe, efficient and easy to operate, which can meet the requirements of heavy metal detection in soil and provide basis for monitoring of Pb and Cr pollution in soil.
