骨科创伤住院患者心理韧性与自我效能相关分析

Correlation between psychological resilience and self-efficacy of traumatic inpatients in department of orthopedics

目的了解骨科创伤住院患者心理韧性现状与影响因素,研究心理韧性与自我效能相关关系。方法于2015年12月—2016年11月,采用心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、一般自我效能量表与一般情况问卷对广州市番禺区第二人民医院骨科创伤住院患者306例进行调查。结果骨科创伤住院患者心理韧性总分为55.40±17.74。自我效能感总分为26.71±5.27。自我效能与心理韧性及各维度(韧性、力量、乐观)之间存在正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.562、0.452、0.453、0.472(均P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、家庭关系、家庭人均月收入、创伤原因、并发症和自我效能水平是心理韧性的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论骨科创伤住院患者心理韧性水平一般。应重点关注较年轻、低文化程度、紧张家庭关系、家庭人均月收入低、交通意外造成创伤、有并发症的创伤住院患者;提高患者自我效能水平可提高心理韧性水平。

[ Objective ] To understand the psychological resilience and its influential factors of traumatic inpatients in department of orthopedics, explore the correlation between psychological resilience and self-efficacy. [Methods] From December 2015 to November 2016, the psychological resilience scale （CD-RISC）, general self-efficacy scale and general questionnaire were used to investigate 306 traumatic inpatients in Department of orthopedics in Panyu District Second People＇s Hospital. [Results] The total score of psychological resilience among traumatic inpatients in department of orthopedics was 55.40±17.74, and the total score of self-efficacy was 26.71 ±5.27. There were positive correlations between self-efficacy and psychological resilience and its dimensions （tough, power, optimistic）, and the correlation coefficient was respectively 0.562, 0.452, 0.453 and 0.472 （all P〈0.01 ）. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age, education level, family relationship, household per capita monthly income, trauma causes, complications and self-efficacy were the influencing factors of psychological resilience （all P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The psychological resilience of traumatic inpatients is at the moderate level. It is necessary to focus on the trauma hospitalized patients who are younger and have low educational level, tense family relationships, low household per capita monthly income, traumatized traffic accidents and complications. To improve patient＇s self-efficacy may improve the level of psychological resilience.
