摘要 近年来,随着亚健康人群的增多,家用理疗产品逐步受到医疗领域的关注。为此,本文采用STM32芯片,设计了一种家用多功能康复理疗仪。该仪器包含了热疗、电针、超声等理疗模式。热疗模式利用了RC测温电路检测实时温度,结合负载开关对加热电路进行控制。电针模式利用boost电路进行升压,该电压结合SN74LVC2G66双向模拟开关对H桥式电路进行控制,输出双向电脉冲。超声模式利用波形发生器产生1MHz正弦波,提供给电压放大电路去驱动超声换能器。用户可以根据自身需求,利用控制单元进行模式的选择和强度的调节,这些功能均能在LCD屏上显示。此款理疗仪最终能让使用者达到改善血液循环,缓解疲劳等理疗目的。 In recent years, with the numbers of sub-health populations increasing, home physiotherapy products have gradually received attention in the health-care field. So we designed a home multi-functional rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument using the STM32 chip. This instrument contains several physiotherapy modes such as hyperthermia, electro-acupuncture, and ultrasound. The hyperthermia mode detected real-time temperature through an RC temperature measurement circuit and then controled the heating circuit together with a load switch. The electro-acupuncture mode improved the voltage by utilizing the boost circuit. Then, this voltage controled the H-bridge circuit through combining with the SN74 LVC2 G66 bi-directional analog switch and subsequently put out bidirectional electrical pulses. The ultrasonic mode generated a 1 MHz sine wave by a waveform generator which was utilized by a voltage amplification circuit to drive an ultrasonic transducer. The users can select the mode and adjust the intensity of physiotherapy based on their own needs by using the control unit, all of which can be displayed on the LCD screen. This instrument we designed will improve blood circulation, relieve fatigue and other the efficacy of physiotherapy for its users.
