我国碘类消毒剂产品现状调查

Investigation on the usage of iodine disinfectants on market in China

目的了解碘类消毒剂产品现状,为加强市场监管提供参考。方法通过市场抽样查看和理化分析的方法,对市场销售中的碘类消毒剂产品包装信息和产品成分含量等进行调查与分析。结果共调查国内市场碘类消毒剂产品413件,碘伏类产品占91.8%;有36.3%碘类消毒剂产品分别复配有乙醇、氯己定和季铵盐等成分。碘伏产品中有79.9%标注有效碘含量为0.5%左右。经过对34件产品有效碘含量测定显示,有55.9%的产品含量不合格。结论碘类消毒剂产品中以碘伏为主,超过1/3碘类消毒剂产品复配有其他杀菌成分,超过半数以上的产品有效碘含量不合格,应当加强市场监管。

Objective To find out the status of iodine disinfectant products and provide reference for strengthening market supervision. Methods The iodine disinfectant product packaging information and product component content in the market sales were investigated and analyzed through market sampling and physical and chemical analysis methods. Results A total of 413 iodine disinfectant products in the domestic market were investigated,91. 8% of those were iodophor products. There were 36. 3% of iodine disinfectant products compound with ethanol,chlorhexidine,quaternary ammonium or other ingredients. 79. 9% of the iodophor products had labeled effective iodine content of about 0. 5%. According to the determination of the effective iodine content of 34 products,55. 9% of the product labels were unqualified. Conclusion Iodine disinfectant products are mainly based on iodophors. More than 1/3 of the iodine disinfectant products are supplemented with other bactericidal components. More than half of the products are unqualified for effective iodine content. Market supervision should be strengthened.
