Study on the effect of different disinfection measures for B-ultrasonic probe

摘要 目的观察不同方法对医用B超探头消毒效果,为临床应用提供依据。方法采用细菌培养法,对不同消毒措施消毒临床使用中B超探头的效果进行观察。结果使用普通耦合剂的B超探头带菌率达97.78%,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)检出率为13.33%;使用消毒型耦合剂的B超探头带菌率为28.21%,MRSA检出率为10.26%;使用消毒型耦合剂进行B超检查后,再用含季铵盐的消毒湿纸巾擦拭B超探头,带菌率为8.89%,未检出MRSA。结论使用普通耦合剂的B超探头细菌污染严重,使用消毒型耦合剂可使探头带菌率降低,但对于多重耐药菌患者,建议加用消毒湿纸巾擦拭消毒。 Objective To observe the disinfection effect of different methods for B-ultrasonic probe,so as to provide evidence for clinical application. Methods The bacterial culture method was performed to observe the disinfection effect of different disinfection measures for B-ultrasound probe in clinical application. Results The bacterial bearing rate of the B-ultrasound probe used ordinary coupling agent was 97. 78%,and the Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA)detection rate was 13. 33%. The bacterial bearing rate of the B-ultrasound probe used disinfectant coupling agent was28. 21%,and the MRSA detection rate was 10. 26%. The bacterial bearing rate of the B-ultrasound probe used disinfectant coupling agent and the compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant wet paper towel was 8. 89%,and no MRSA was detected. Conclusion The bacterial contamination of the B-ultrasonic probe used ordinary coupling agent is serious,and the bacterial bearing rate could be reduced by using disinfectant coupling agent,but for patients with multidrug resistant bacteria,the disinfectant wet paper towel is recommended to additional use.
