无锡市2013-2016年医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

Analysis on monitoring results of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Wuxi from 2013 to 2016

目的了解无锡市各级医疗机构消毒效果,为科学指导医院消毒工作,预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法对无锡市2013-2016年各级医疗机构消毒质量监测结果进行统计分析。结果 4年共采样19 386份,平均总合格率为96.14%,2013-2016年合格率依次为95.31%、95.05%、96.60%和97.61%,4年总合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=55.10,P<0.05)。三级、二级和一级及以下医疗机构的合格率分别为97.85%、96.42%和95.25%,不同级别医疗机构合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=50.44,P<0.05)。不同监测项目中,灭菌器灭菌效果合格率最高,为99.85%;而医护人员手合格率最低,为92.12%;其次消毒后内镜和室内空气合格率较低,分别为92.13%和95.64%,各类监测项目的合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=348.76,P<0.05)。结论无锡市不同级别医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,但医护人员手、消毒后内镜等较关键项目消毒效果仍需重点加强管理;同时继续加强一级及以下医疗机构消毒质量的监测和管理。

Objective To know the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Wuxi city,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of hospital infection. Methods Statistical medthod was used to analyze the quality monitoring results of disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in Wuxi from 2013 to 2016. Results In 4 years,19 386 samples were collected,and the average total qualify rate was 96. 14%. From 2013 to 2016,the year qualified rate was 95. 31%,95. 05%,96. 60% and 97. 61% respectively,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 55. 10,P〈 0. 05）. The qualified rates of Grade 3,Grade 2 and Grade 1 and below were 97. 85%,96. 42% and 95. 25%,respectively,there was significant difference in the qualified rate of medical institutions at different levels（ χ2= 50. 44,P〈 0. 05）. In different monitoring projects,the qualified rates of sterilizer sterilization effect was the highest（ 99. 85%）,and the qualified rates of medical staff hands was the lowest（ 92. 12%）. Secondly,The qualifed rate of endoscopy after disinfection and indoor air were low,92. 13% and 95. 64% respectively. The qualified rate of various monitoring items was statistically significant（ χ2= 348. 76,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The overall level of disinfection quality of medical institutions at different levels in Wuxi city is good,but the disinfection effect of medical staff hands,endoscopy after disinfection and other key projects still needs to be strengthened. At the same time,we will continue to strengthen the monitoring and management of the quality of disinfection of medical institutions at the first and the following levels.
