孕育剂及孕育处理工艺对熔模铸造QT600-10球铁性能的影响

摘要 研究了采用球化包孕育+倒包孕育+型内孕育三次孕育方法及含钡孕育剂对OY600—1O球铁性能的影响。结果表明,在倒包孕育中采用含钡孕育剂能够增多基体中球状石墨的数量。采用三次孕育技术改善了球化效果,使基体组织中铁素体含量增多并细化,从而改善了QT600-10球铁的综合力学性能。 The effect of triple inoculation treatment, involving spheroidal ladle, ladle and moulding inoculation treatments, barium-bearing inoculant on properties of QT600-10 nodular iron was investigated. The results show that in the ladle inoculating the use of barium-bearing inoculait can increase quantity of nodular graphite in the matrix. The use of triple inoculation treatment may improve spheroidizing result, and render amount of ferrite in the matrix more and finer, thus raising mechanical properties of QT600-10 nodular iron.
