炉外热风水冷冲天炉尾气脱硫工艺研究

摘要 简要介绍了一般燃煤工业炉窑的脱硫技术。根据炉外热风冲天炉的特点,分析了适合于冲天炉的几种脱硫工艺的原理和特点。推荐了一种适合于炉外热风水冷冲天炉的脱硫工艺。以15t/h炉外热风水冷冲天炉为例,提出了采用二流体喷雾半干法+喷消石灰干法+布袋除尘器的工艺进行烟气脱硫净化处理的工艺方法,可使SO2排放浓度降低至80mg/Nm^3以下,粉尘排放浓度降低至50mg/Nm^3以下。 The desulfurization technologies for common industrial coal-fired furnace were briefly introduced. On the basis of features of external hot-blast cupola the principle and characteristics of several desulfurization technologies suited to cupola were introduced. A desulfurization procedure suited to external hot-blast water-cooling cupola was recommended. Taking external hot-blast water-cooling cupola having volume of 15 t as a example, a type of desulfurization process used for fume consisting of fluid spray semi-dry practice, spray dry hydrated lime practice and bag-type collector was put forward, making it possible to reduce discharge concentration of sulfur dioxide and dust to less than 80 mg per Nm^3 and to lass than 50 mg per Nm^3, respectively.
