夹脊穴电针联合中药治疗大鼠脊髓横断伤的实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Effect of Electro-acupuncturing Huat'ochiachi Points Combined with Chinese Herbs on Rats with Spinal Cord Injury

摘要 目的:探讨中药联合夹脊穴电针对大鼠脊髓损伤的疗效。方法:成年大鼠胸髓第10节段造成脊髓横断损伤,实验分为假手术组、模型组、电针夹脊穴组和电针夹脊穴联合中药组,各组分别给予在脊髓损伤区夹脊穴电针及中药灌胃;在造模后3、7、14 d观察各组大鼠肢体运动功能,免疫组化法检测脊髓损伤区的Nestin(巢蛋白)、GFAP(胶质纤维酸性蛋白)的阳性表达。结果:模型组肢体运动功能评分(BBB)显著低于假手术组(P<0.05),脊髓损伤区的Nestin、GFAP阳性表达明显增强(P<0.05);电针夹脊穴组及电针夹脊穴联合中药组BBB评分较模型组明显提高(P<0.05),脊髓损伤区的Nestin、GFAP阳性表达较模型组增强(P<0.05);电针夹脊穴联合中药组以上指标改善较电针组明显(P<0.05)。结论:夹脊穴电针可以促进脊髓损伤后的神经干细胞增殖,联合中药效果更为显著。 Objective:To research the effect of Chinese Herbs combined with electro-acupuncture on Huat'chiachi( extra) Points in treatment of rats' spinal cord injury.Methods:Spinal cord transection injury model was induced in the 10 th segment of thoracic spinal cord in Wistar rats.Experiment was divided into normal,model,electro-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs groups,each group was given the corresponding treatment,electro-acupuncture on Huat'chiachi points,Ig Chinese herbs decoction.Basso,Beattie,and Bresnahan Locomotor Rating Scale( BBB) was recorded,Nestin and GFAP expressions in injury area of spinal cord were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:Compare with normal group,BBB score of model group was lowered significantly( P〈0.05),Nestin and GFAP expressions in injury area of spinal cord were increased( P〈0.05).BBB score of electro-acupuncture group and electro-acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs group were higher than that of model group( P〈0.05),( P〈0.05),Nestin and GFAP expressions in injury area of spinal cord of the two groups were significantly higher than those in model group( P〈0.05); the effects of electro-acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs group were more obvious than those in electro-acupuncture group( P〈0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture on Huat 'chiachi points can promote the proliferation of neural stem cells in the spinal cord injury area,the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs was better.
