摘要
目的:探讨广西莪术水提取物抗血栓形成作用。方法:采用胶原蛋白—肾上腺素诱发小鼠体内血栓形成模型,角叉菜胶致小鼠尾部血栓形成模型,大鼠体内静脉血栓形成模型,观察广西莪术水提取物的抗血栓形成作用。结果:广西莪术水提取物对胶原蛋白—肾上腺素诱发的小鼠体内血栓形成有明显的保护作用;明显减少角叉菜胶所致小鼠尾部血栓黑尾动物数,减小黑尾长度;减轻大鼠体内静脉血栓湿重。结论:广西莪术水提取物具有显著的抗血栓形成作用。
Objective:To explore the anti-thrombotic effect of aqueous extract of Curcuma Kwangsiensis.Methods:The models of collagen-adrenalin induced mouse's thrombus in vivo,the models of carrageenan induced thrombosis in mouse tail and the models of venous thrombosis of rats in vivo were used to observe the anti-thrombotic effect of aqueous extract of Curcuma Kwangsiensis.Results:The aqueous extract of Curcuma Kwangsiensis had obvious protective effect on in vivo thrombus of mouse induced by collagen-adrenalin.It could obviously decrease the carrageenan induced the mouse tail thrombosis,shorten blackened tail number of animals and length,reduce the wet weight of rats in vivo venous thrombosis.Conclusion:Aqueous extract of Curcuma Kwangsiensis have obvious anti-thrombotic effect.
