摘要
文章基于2010-2015年间41所世界一流大学建设高校的科研投入产出指标的数据,一方面运用Super-SBM分析方法对这41所高校的科研效率进行静态分析,发现在2010-2015年这些高校的整体科研效率水平不理想,区域间科研效率存在差异,顺序依次是东部、东北部、中部、西部;另一方面,利用Malmquist指数模型对其科研效率变化进行动态分析,研究发现技术退步是造成高校科研效率在2010-2015年整体呈下降趋势的主要原因。据此提出提升世界一流大学建设高校科研效率的策略。
Based on the data of scientific research input-output indexes of 41 world-class universities between 2010 and 2015,this paper makes a static analysis of the scientific research efficiency by using Super-SBM analysis method. It is found that the overall scientific research efficiency of these colleges and universities is not satisfactory during the period of 2010-2015,and there are differences among regions. The descending order of scientific research efficiency is the east,northeast,middle and west. Through further analysis using Malmquist index to analyze the change of scientific research efficiency dynamically,it is found that technological retrogression is the main reason for the overall downward trend of scientific research efficiency in colleges and universities from 2010 to 2015. On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the strategy of improving the scientific research efficiency of the world-class universities.
