地方高校转型发展是未来中国高等教育发展的一个基本趋势。转型发展意味着高校人才办学方向与定位的变化和调整。而教师专业发展作为教师引领地方高校转型发展的基础,是地方高校转型成功的基本保障。然而,在转型过程中,教师专业发展存在教师专业发展主体性意识不强、实践能力的转型动力不足、专业发展共同成长氛围不浓,严重制约着教师专业发展水平的提高。为此,不断唤醒、强化自我专业发展主体性意识、持续加强、创新实践转型方法与动力、努力营造、净化专业发展的共同成长氛围,应该成为教师在专业发展路上的自我路径选择。

The transformation and development of local colleges and universities is a basic trend in the development of higher education in China. The transformation and development means the change and adjustment of the orientation of the talents. Teachers＇ professional development,as the basis for teachers to lead the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,is the vital guarantee for their successful transformation. However,there are many questions in the process of transformation,for example,subjective consciousness of teachers＇ professional development is weak,transformation power of practical ability is insufficient,and the atmosphere of common development of professional development is not strong enough,which seriously restricts the improvement of teachers＇ professional development. Therefore,we should constantly wake up and strengthen self-consciousness of professional development,continue to strengthen and innovate practical transformation methods and motivation,and strive to create and purify the common growth atmosphere,which should become a self-route choice for teachers in the way of professional development.
