2007—2017年外来入侵害虫风险评估的文献分析及常用风险评估模型介绍 被引量:17

Bibliometric based analysis of the risk assessment of alien invasive pest from 2007 to 2017 and introduction of several risk assessment models

摘要 为综合客观反映近10年入侵害虫风险评估的研究现状和发展动态,为制定行之有效的防控策略提供依据,基于2007—2017年中英文科学文献数据库,对外来入侵害虫的风险评估方面的研究进行了文献计量分析,去重后共有885篇文献。分析发现:2014年国内外关于入侵害虫风险分析的发文量最多,在《Biological Invasions》期刊发文量最高,国内期刊植物检疫发文量最高;在害虫类别中,国际期刊关于膜翅目的研究文章发文量最多,而国内是鞘翅目的研究发文量最多;另外,国外对阿根廷蚁Linepithema humile,红火蚁Solenopsis invicta和橘小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis 3种入侵害虫的风险评估发文量最多。最后本研究简单介绍了4种常用生态位模型在入侵害虫适生性分析领域的基本原理、优缺点和应用,为入侵生物学研究提供参考。 The aims of this study were to comprehensively and objectively present the research status and development trend of the risk assessment of invasive pest over last decade and provide references for establishing effective prevention and control strategies against invasive pests.The risk assessment of invasive insects was bibliometricly analyzed based on literatures indexed by the Chinese and English document databases during 2007-2017,and total885 literature associated with this field were obtained.The results showed that the number of published papers related to risk assessment of invasive insects is the most in 2014.The journal of Biological Invasions,published most papers related to risk assessment of invasive insects among the international journals,while the Plant Quarantine journal published most articles among the domestic journals.The number of scientific papers associated with Hymenoptera insects was the most among the international journals;meanwhile the number of scientific papers associated withColeoptera insects was in majority among the Chinese journals.Additionally,the numbers of paper related to risk assessment of three invasive insects,such as Linepithema humile,Solenopsis invicta and Bactrocera dorsalis were the most among the international journals.The basic principles,advantages and disadvantages and application of four commonly used ecological niche models for suitability assessment of invasive pests were briefly introduced to provide reliable guidance for researchers who engaged in invasive biology.
