温针灸配合月经周期疗法治疗卵泡发育不良临床研究

Clinical Research of Warm-acupuncture Combine Menstrual Cycle Therapy in the Treatment of Follicular Dysplasia

目的观察温针灸配合月经周期疗法治疗卵泡发育不良的临床疗效。方法将61例临床上确诊为卵泡发育不良的患者随机分成,周期温针灸组30例和普通温针灸组31例,2组均治疗3个月经周期,对比2组患者治疗前后基础体温(BBT)变化,记录卵泡成熟时间、最大卵泡直径、排卵率以及子宫内膜发育情况。结果对比普通针灸组,周期温针灸组BBT双相率、最大卵泡直径、卵泡成熟时间及排卵率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),内膜厚度有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论温针灸结合月经周期疗法治疗卵泡发育不良,不仅能提高BBT双相率,还能够促进卵泡发育成熟,提高排卵率以及改善子宫内膜状态。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with menstrual cycle therapy for follicular dysplasia. Methods： Sixty-one patients with clinically diagnosed follicular dysplasia were randomly divided into 30 patients in the periodical warm acupuncture group and 31 patients in the general warm acupuncture group. Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The changes of basic body temperature （BBT） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Follicular maturation time, maximum follicular diameter, ovulation rate and endometrial development were recorded. Results： Compared with the conventional acupuncture group, the BBT biphasic rate, maximum follicular diameter, follicular maturation time and ovulation rate were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the intima thickness was significantly different（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture com- bined with menstrual cycle therapy for follicular dysplasia can not only improve the biphasic rate of BBT, but also pro- mote follicular maturation, improve ovulation rate and improve endometrial status.
