当归拈痛汤合宣痹汤配合运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎

Danggui Niantong Decoction and Xuanbi Decoction combined with Kinesitherapy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察当归拈痛汤合宣痹汤配合运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎(湿热痹阻)的临床效果。方法:选取膝骨性关节炎(湿热痹阻)患者80例,按照随机数字表法将所收患者分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予以常规西药治疗;观察组给予当归拈痛汤合宣痹汤,同时进行适当的功能锻炼,2组均治疗8周,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)及骨性关节炎指数评分表(WOMAC)对2组进行疗效评价。结果:观察组总有效率为92.50%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在治疗后VAS及WOMAC评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后VAS和WOMAC评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.50%,对照组不良反应发生率为27.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归拈痛汤合宣痹汤配合运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎(湿热痹阻)效果显著,且用药安全,能够明显减轻患者膝关节疼痛不适、屈伸活动受限等临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Danggui Niantong decoction and Xuanbi decoction combined with cinesiatrics in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Select 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis with damp-heat obstruction, according to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the observation group was treated with Danggui Niantong decoction and Xuanbi decoction, at the same time, do proper functional exercises. and the two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Visual analogue score（VAS） and Osteoarthritis Index scale（WOMAC）were used to evaluate the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50 and the total effec- tive rate of the control group was 75.00.The observation group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）, and the VAS and WOMAC scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The scores of VAS and WOMAC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.50 in the observation group and 27.50 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： Danggui Niantong decoction and Xuanbi decoction combined with cinesiatrics are effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with damp-heat obstruction, and safe medication can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms such as knee pain and discomfort, limited flexion and extension activities, etc, in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with dampness and heat obstruction. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
