截血膏治疗四肢软组织损伤疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Jiexue Paste in Treating Limbs' Soft tissue injury

目的:观察截血膏治疗软组织伤的疗效。方法:将符合标准的168例软组织伤的患者随机分为治疗组和对照A、B组。治疗组98例,在制动、休息的基础上加用截血膏外敷,对照组A组46例,常规制动、休息的基础上外用活络油治疗方法,对照组B组24例,仅采用常规制动,休息的治疗方法。3组均以1周为1疗程.观察2个疗程。结果:3组疗效比较,治疗组与对照组A、B组总有效率分别为93.9%和84.8%、79.2%,3组比较具有统计学意义。结论:截血膏外敷治疗关节软组织损伤安全有效。

Objective： Observe the effect of Jiexue paste on soft tissue injury. Methods： A total of 168 patients with soft tissue injuries who met the criteria were randomized into treatment and control groups A and B. In the treatment group, 98 cases were treated with a blood-blocking cream on the basis of braking and rest. Forty-six patients in the control group A were treated with topical active oil on the basis of routine braking and rest. In the control group B, 24 patients were treated with conventional brakes and rest. All 3 groups were treated for 1 week. Observe 2 courses of treatment. Results： In the three groups, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group A and B were 93.9%, 84.8%, and 79.2%, respectively. The three groups were statistically significant. Conclusion： External application of blood transfusion cream is safe and effective in the treatment of joint soft tissue injury, and it is better than some commercially available drugs.
