青龙摆尾针法治疗肌紧张性头痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Qinglong Baiwei Technique in Treating Muscle Tension Headache

目的:比较青龙摆尾针法与常规针法治疗肌紧张性头痛的疗效差异。方法:将符合标准的60例肌紧张性头痛患者随机分成治疗组(青龙摆尾组)和对照组(常规针法组)各30例。2组取穴:风池、百会、神庭、头维、合谷;治疗组施青龙摆尾针法,对照组施平补平泻针法;2组均行针1次/d,连续治疗2周,并用直观模拟评分法(VAS)评定2组患者疗效。结果:治疗组愈显率为80%(24/30),明显优于对照组53.3%(16/30)(P<0.05),且治疗组患者经治后VAS评分下降幅度也明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:青龙摆尾针法治疗肌紧张性头痛的临床疗效明显优于常规针法。

Objective： To compare the difference of therapeutic efficacy between Qinglong Baiwei technique and the conventional acupuncture for the treatment of muscle tension headache. Methods： 60 cases muscle tension headache patients were randomly divided into a treatment group（Qinglong Baiwei technique group）and a control group（conventional acupuncture group）, with 30 cases in each group. The points in each independent group were Fengchi（GB20）, Baihui（DU20）, Shenting（DU24）, Touwei（ST8） and Hegu（LI4）. The Qinglong Baiwei technique therapy was adopted in the treatment group while the mild-reinforcing-reducing method in the control group. Once a day and lasted for 2 weeks. Assess their therapy effects by using Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）. Results：As to the cured and markedly effective rate it was 80%（24/30）in the treatment group, which was superior to 53.3%（16/30） in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the decline of VAS grade in treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Qinglong Baiwei technique for the treatment of muscle tension headache is superior to that of conventional acupuncture.
