小青龙汤治疗变应性鼻炎临床观察

目的:探讨小青龙汤治疗变应性鼻炎对患者康复的作用。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年12月180例变应性鼻炎患者并随机数字表法分组。常规治疗组进行常规基础治疗包括枸地氯雷他定+外用鼻敏灵等,小青龙汤组在常规治疗组基础上进行小青龙汤加减治疗。比较效果。结果:小青龙汤组变应性鼻炎改善率高于常规治疗组,P<0.05;小青龙汤组药物不良反应发生率和常规治疗组无显著差异,P>0.05。干预后小青龙汤组视觉模拟评分、鼻眼结膜相关生活质量问卷调查量表评分优于常规治疗组,P<0.05。结论:小青龙汤治疗变应性鼻炎对患者康复的作用确切,可有效减轻症状,减轻疼痛,改善其生存质量,药物安全性高。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Xiaoqing Long decoction on the rehabilitation of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods： From January 2016 to December 2017, 180 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected and randomly divided into groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between Xiaoqing Long decoction group and routine treatment group（P〈0.05）. After intervention, Xiaoqing Long decoction group＇s visual analogue scale and nasal conjunctiva related quality of life questionnaire were superior to those of conventional treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xiaoqing Long decoction treatment of allergic rhinitis on patients rehabilitation exact role, which can effectively reduce the symptoms, reduce pain, improve their quality of life, drug safety.
