摘要
通过失效模式及影响分析确定了风力发电机齿轮传动系统的主要失效零件,建立了基于动力学的齿轮和滚动轴承可靠性评估模型,同时给出了风力发电机齿轮传动系统可靠性评估模型。采用四阶矩法对行星齿轮接触和弯曲疲劳可靠性灵敏度进行了分析,得到齿轮接触疲劳可靠性灵敏度和弯曲疲劳可靠性灵敏度,结合实例进行了计算,分析了行星齿轮参数对可靠性的影响。
Main failure parts of wind turbine gear-box were determined by Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA).Gear,rolling bearing and gear transmission system for the wind turbine reliability evaluation models were built based on dynamics.Four order moment method was adopted in contact fatigue and bend fatigue reliability sensitivity analysis of planetary gear,Gear reliability sensitivity is discussed.The results of influence of parameters on reliability of planetary gear are illustrated by a specific example.
