The Development and Application of Laser in Dust Detection

摘要 进入二十一世纪,激光检测技术蓬勃发展,在工业生产、材料科学与工程、环境保护领域有着重要的应用。介绍了激光粉尘检测系统在数据传输、环境监测等方面的研究,对基于光散射法的粉尘检测、激光差分探测式的粉尘检测、激光消光法的粉尘检测,以及基于主动激光雷达的遥感探测,对激光粉尘检测的研究现状,及未来的发展进行展望。 In the 21 st century,the laser detection technology is booming and has important applications in industrial production,materials science and engineering,and environmental protection.The study of laser dust detection systems in data transmission,environmental monitoring,etc.has been introduced,based on light scattering.The dust detection of the method,the detection of laser differential detection dust,the dust detection of the laser extinction method,and the remote sensing detection based on the active laser radar,the research status of the laser dust detection and the future development are forecasted.
