颈椎病红外热成像的表达特点

Expression characteristics of infrared thermal imaging in cervical spondylosis

目的探讨红外热成像技术在颈椎病中的临床应用价值。方法利用红外热成像仪采集明确诊断的颈椎病患者180例及30例健康者的颈肩部红外热图,以C6、T2和肩胛下角水平连线为标志线,将采集部位分3个区;以不同温度刻度伪码条对应从低温到高温相应的红外热像图,对所有采集对象的颈肩部功能状况进行定性分析。结果正常成人颈肩区红外热图呈左右两侧对称,脊柱力线连贯居中,颈区及肩背靠中间区为粉色热区,两侧为黄色凉区。而颈椎病呈明显异常热图,其中有三种类型(颈型、神经根型和椎动脉型)的颈椎病有相对特定的红外表达特性。结论红外热成像在颈椎病中有特定的表达特点,可以作为临床诊断和疗效评价的有效指标之一。

Objective To explore the clinical application of infrared thermal imaging in cervical spondylosis. Methods The infrared heat maps of neck and shoulder in 180 patients who were diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and in 30 normal persons were collected by using infrared thermal imaging. The horizontal connection line of C6, T2 and sub- scapular horn was used as landmark. The collected sites were divided into 3 zones. Pseudo-coded bars at different tem- peratures corresponded to infrared thermal imaging maps from low temperatures to high temperatures, and the neck and shoulder functional status of all collected objects was qualitatively analyzed. Results Normal adult neck and shoulder area infrared heat map was symmetrical. The spinal force lines were in the middle of each other. The middle area of the neck, shoulder and back was a pink hot zone with yellow cool areas on both sides. Cervical spondylosis showed obvi- ously abnormal heat maps, and there were three types of cervical spondylosis （cervical, radicular, and vertebral arterial types） with relatively specific infrared expression characteristics. Conclusion Infrared thermal imaging has specific ex- pression characteristics in cervical spondylosis, which can be used as one of the effective indicators for clinical diagno- sis and therapeutic evaluation.
