皮肤镜在颜面部皮肤肿瘤筛检中的应用效果观察

The application effect of dermoscopy in facial skin tumor screening

目的探讨皮肤镜在颜面部皮肤肿瘤筛检中的应用效果。方法将2016年5月~2017年9月在我院接受治疗的94例颜面部皮肤肿瘤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者分别给予肉眼、皮肤镜浸润法诊断,将诊断结果与病理学诊断予以比较,观察皮肤镜诊断面部皮肤肿瘤的准确率,评价其在颜面部皮肤肿瘤筛检中的应用效果。结果皮肤镜诊断颜面部皮肤肿瘤,共有88例符合,其诊断准确率达到93.62%(88/94),肉眼诊断颜面部皮肤肿瘤准确率仅为69.15%(65/94),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肤镜图像分析技术操作简单,对颜面部皮肤肿瘤具有较高的诊断准确率,可用于颜面部皮肤肿瘤筛检,具有较高临床诊断价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of dermoscopy in the screening of facial skin tumors. Methods A total of 94 patients with facial skin tumors who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to September 2017 were included in the study. All patients were given naked-eye and dermoscopy invasive diagnosing methods. The diagnostic results were compared with the pathological diagnosis. The accuracy of dermoscopy in the diagnosis of facial skin tu- mors was observed and its application effect in facial skin tumor screening was evaluated. Results There were 88 cases in accord with facial skin tumors diagnosed by dermoscopy. The diagnostic accuracy was 93.62% （88/94）. The accuracy rate of naked-eye diagnosis in facial skin tumors was only 69.15% （65/94）. There was statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The dermoscopic image analysis technique is simple in operation and has high diag- nostic accuracy for facial skin tumors, which can be used for the screening of facial skin tumors and has high clinical diagnostic value. It is worthy of popularization and application.
