提高党员干部法治思维和依法办事能力,是推进全面从严治党和加强党的执政能力建设的基本要求,也是依法治国和推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化建设的基本要求。党员干部法治思维和依法办事能力的高低,直接影响着全面从严治党和依法治国的成效。本文针对当前医药科研院所党员干部法治思维和依法办事能力总体有待进一步提高的现状,具体分析表现和形成原因,并提出相应对策。

Raising the Party members＂ cadre＇s legal thinking and ability to handle affairs according to law is the basic requirement for advancing the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party and strengthening the Party＇s ability to govern, and it is also a basic requirement for governing the country according to law and advancing the moderniza- tion of governance systems and governance capabilities. The level of Party-member cadre＇s legal thinking and ability to handle affairs according to law directly affects the effectiveness of comprehensively governing the Party and ruling the country according to law. This article aims at the status quo of further improvement of the legal thinking of Party mem- bers and cadres in the current scientific research institutes and the ability to handle affairs in accordance with the law. The specific analysis of the performance and the reasons for the formation and put forward corresponding countermea- sures.
