为解决方坯连铸机现场外弧永久基准点丢失问题，采用连铸机的弧形半径来确定连铸机的外弧基准线。
In order to solve the lost problem of outer arc permanent baseline at billet caster site, the arc radium of the easter is used to confirm the outer arc baseline.
