通过对鲅鱼圈分公司炼钢部60t抱罐车进口发动机的分析，决定进行国产化改造，不仅能摆脱国外产品技术、价格、供货周期等方面的制约，而且能降本增效、维稳保产。

Through analyzing the engine of the 60 t slag ladle car of Bayuuan steelmaking department, a localization reform is carried out on the imported spare parts. It can not only get rid of the restriction of foreign products from the aspects of technology, price and delivery cycle, but also reduce cost, increase efficiency and maintain stable production.
