探索校中村微介入式改造策略——以华侨大学厦门校区校中村为例

摘要 随着高校建设规模的不断扩大,许多自然村落被划入校园建设用地范围之内,形成校中村的现象。校中村的存在会激发一系列的校村矛盾,如何改造校中村使其既能够融入校园又得以传承文化,这是目前高校扩建普遍面临的问题。文章以华侨大学厦门校区校中村为例,从宏观规划策略和微观改造设计两个角度,探索校中村微介入式的改造设计方法以及需要注意的问题。 With the continuous expansion of construction in universities, many natural villages are delimited in campus land scale, forming the phenomenon of campus villages. The existence of campus villages will trigger a series of contradictions. How to reconstruct the campus villages to integrate into the campus and to transmit culture is the common problem of the expansion of universities. Based on the campus villages of Huaqiao University Xiamen school district as an example, the essay explores micro intervening reconstruction design methods and problems of the campus villages from the macroscopic and microscopic two aspects.
