以＂规划的规划＂理念,重新建立了一套＂以城市发展目标为导向,以城市发展需求为目的＂的规划业务分析体系,直面过去业务工作中存在的矛盾与问题,针对客观现实条件进行理性分析,为深圳市规划局未来五年的工作指明了方向、明确了思路、确立了重点,对全面加强规划工作的计划性、有效性和规范性,提高规划的执行力具有极其重要的作用。

With the concept of ＂planning planning＂, a set of planning business analysis system is set up for the purpose of urban development goals and urban development needs as the goal.
