探索面向实施的滨水区规划设计方法——以株洲龙母河地区设计实践为例

Exploring the Implementation Oriented Planning and Design Method of Waterfront Area——With the Practice of Longmu River Area Design as an Example in Zhuzhou

滨水地区是城市中涉及管理和实施部门比较多、建设目标相对复合的地区。滨水地区规划设计容易强调滨水空间、水城关系等空间设计,但忽视防洪排涝、排水等工程领域的设计与创新,而这些基础工程才是滨河地区空间的决定性条件,以至滨河地区的空间设计往往难以实施。本文结合株洲龙母河地区的规划设计实践,从工作组织、工作方法等方面进行探索,对面向实施的城市滨水区规划设计方法进行总结与思考。

The waterfront area is a region with more management and implementation departments and its construction objectives are relatively complex. The planning and design of waterfront area emphasize the waterfront space,water-city relationship and other space designs, but neglect the design and innovation of flood control, drainage and other engineering fields. However, those basic projects are the decisive conditions of the waterfront space, so that the spatial design of waterfront area is often difficult to implement. Based on the practice of planning and design in Longmu River area of Zhuzhou, this paper summarizes and ponders the planning and design method of city waterfront area facing implementation from the aspects of work organization and working method.
