摘要
PC为precast concrete（混凝土预制件）,预制装配整体式建筑具有环保节能、施工效率高和具有绿色建筑的属性等居多优点而被世界广泛推广和应用,本文以新建吴泾镇16号地块（紫晶南园）三期商品住宅项目为例,通过装配式建筑工艺与传统建筑工艺对比分析,阐述预装配式建筑新技术在绿色建筑设计中的应用,以期为预装配式建筑的应用与发展提供技术交流。
PC as precast concrete（concrete casting）, precast monolithic const ruct ion with environme ntal protection and energy saving, high construction efficiency, and the majority has the property of the green building and so on advantages and world widely promotion and application, this article takes the new 16 plots that wujing town（amethyst south） the third phase of commodity residence project as an example, through the comparative analysis of prefabricated construction process and the traditional construction process on PC building new technology in the application of the green building design, in order to provide technology for the application and development of the PC architecture.
