老旧社区街道景观的微更新与重构——以上海苏家屯路、樱花路为例

The Microupdate and Reconstruction of Street Landscape in Old Communities——Taking Sujiatun Road and Sakura Road in Shanghai as an Example

以上海苏家屯路为例,以区域内的社区居民为主要服务对象,通过分析找出老旧街区景观的更新重点,从绿化营造、优化慢行系统、激活公共空间、文化传承等方面制定相应的街区重构策略,充分考虑景观、空间、功能三者之间逻辑推演关系及互补性,弥补封闭式社区的不足、打破现有的居住现状、建立良好的居住群关系和有效地提高老社区街道生态化整体水平。

Taking Sujiatun road and Sakura road as an example, residents in the community is the main service. Based on the analysis, we find out key points of microupdate for the old communities.We will make reconstruction strategies from planting construction, public space motivation, culture inheritance. Make consideration of the complementarity and interactive logic between landscape, space, function, making up for the insufficiency of the closed community, breaking the existing living situation, establishing harmony community relationship and effectively improving the overall ecological level of old community street.
