日粮添加虾青素对太行鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响

Effects of Dietary Astaxanthin on Production Performance and Egg Quality of Taihang Chicken

通过日粮中添加不同水平的虾青素研究其对太行鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,确定虾青素的适宜添加量,为太行鸡生产提供科学依据。试验选用510日龄太行鸡315只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复21只鸡。分别饲喂添加虾青素0、40、60、80和100 mg/kg的日粮。结果显示:添加80 mg/kg虾青素组日采食量显著高于40 mg/kg组(P<0.05),料蛋比最低,比对照组降低10.32%(P<0.05),产蛋率最高,比对照组增加15.06%(P<0.05)。各组间平均蛋重差异不显著(P>0.05),但日粮添加虾青素组平均蛋重有增加趋势,80 mg/kg组哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05),蛋黄颜色最深。各试验组间的蛋形指数、蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度差异不显著(P>0.05)。根据研究结果,推荐太行鸡日粮中添加80 mg/kg虾青素。

Different levels of astaxanthin were added to the diet to study the effect on production performance and egg quality of Taihang chickens, and the appropriate amount of astaxanthin for diet was determined to provide scientific basis for Taihang chicken production. A total of 315 Taihang chickens at 510 days of age were randomly divided into5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 21 chickens per replicate. Chickens were fed with the diets supplemented with 0,40, 60, 80 and 100 mg/kg of astaxanthin. The results showed that the daily feed intake of 80 mg/kg astaxanthin group was significantly higher than that of 40 mg/kg group（P〈0.05）, and feed/egg ratio of which was the lowest and 10.32%lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The egg laying rate of 80 mg/kg astaxanthin group was the highest and 15.06%higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in average egg weight among the groups, but dietary astaxanthin had an effect on increasing average egg weight in Taihang chickens, and the Haugh Unit in 80 mg/kg group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）, which had the deepest yolk color. There was no significant difference in egg shape index, shell strength and shell thickness between the experimental groups（P〈0.05）. According to the results, it was recommended to add 80 mg/kg astaxanthin into the diet of Taihang chicken.
