本文主要谈论县级人才交流中心档案工作现状。主要表现为县级人才交流中心档案管理形式单一,日常的档案管理工作量大以及档案信息化工作开展缓慢等情况。同时,在此基础上笔者分享了多年的基层档案服务利用工作中的经验与体会,并通过案例分析,得出几点工作思考,供大家借鉴。

This article mainly talks about the current situation of archives work at county level talent exchange center.
