在地方高校培养"双创"教育人才的过程中,需要一批高水平、高素质的教师,促进"双创"教育的发展。当前地方高校"双创"教育师资队伍具有师资数量不足、专业课教师"理念"缺乏、教师培训机制不健全的问题。因为我们需要通过扩充教师数量,建构教学共同体,树立科学的"双创"教育理念等手段为地方高校"双创"教育的开展提供保障。
