测定牛奶中铅含量的两种前处理方法比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 牛奶样品经微波消解、压力罐消解两种前处理方法处理后,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测铅含量。结果表明,两种前处理方法的测定结果没有显著性差异,都能较好地满足牛奶中铅含量的检测。但微波消解处理样品过程省时,操作相对简单、安全,重现性好,回收率高,可作为检测牛奶铅含量的首选前处理方法。 The milk samples were treated by microwave digestion and pressure tank digestion, and the contents of lead were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the measurement values obtained by the two pretreatment methods. However, the microwave digestion operation was timesaving, relative simple, safe, reproducible and high recoverable, which could be used as the preferred pretreatment method.
