In order to reduce the threshold of disruptive innovation,integrate the technology evolution theory and innovative tools of TRIZ and scenario decomposi- tion method based on the disruptive innovation theory, creating the model of disruptive innovation based on the scenario decompo- sition method and TRIZ, the efficiency and quality of product technology maturity prediction and the innovation solution obtained are improved, and the pertinence of the key problem analysis is enhanced, the rationality and practicability of the model are veri- fied by the example of the disruptive innovation design of refrigerator.
