摘要 采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定猴头菇中的12种微量元素含量的结果,各元素工作曲线相关系数r均大于0.999,加标回收率在84.0%~101.5%之间,相对标准偏差RSD均小于5%。选用国家标准物质辽宁大米(GBW10043)和芹菜(GBW10048)进行方法验证,测定值与证书标准值相符。该方法准确、快速、灵敏、简便,适用于猴头菇中多种微量元素含量的同时测定分析。 Microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was applied to determine 12 trace elements in Hericium erinaceus. The results showed that the linear correlative coefficient for all elements was higher than 0.999, and the RSD was less than 5%, and the recovery was 84.0%-101.5% by adding standard recocery experiment.The method has been validated by determination of these elements in National Standard Reference materials of Liaoning rice (GBW10043) and Celery (GBW10048), and the results were in agreement with certified values.It is a accurate, rapid, sensitive and simple method, which can be used to simultaneously determine trace elements in Hericium erinaceus.
