乡村医生中医药培训现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of TCM Training for Rural Doctors

从培训形式、培训内容、培训机会、培训成果等方面对近年来乡村医生中医药培训的现状进行总结,培训过程中存在受训人员负担重、培训机会少、时间短、内容难以满足需求等问题,提出了建立专门的培训体系和资金、改进培训方式和内容、建立培训激励机制和增强学员自我发展意识等改进的建议。

This review summarized the current situation of TCM training for rural doctors in recent years,including training form, eontent, opportunities and achievements. The heavy economic burden, short time of training and unsatisfied content for rural doctors are the main problems. Hence, we provide some suggestions to resolve these problems, such as establishing a special training system and funds, improving training methods and content, setting up training incentive mechanism and enhancing students＇ self-development awareness.
