对当代针灸医案的整体特点、书写体例进行论述,并对比古今针灸医案体例格式之异,同时对于当代针灸医案的学习方法进行阐述。现代医案整体上呈现重视解剖及现代医学检查、重穴轻经的特点,书写体例则趋于统一,对于当代针灸医案的学习也可以从体悟医家学术思想,分析诊治关键点等6个方面进行。

The article discusses the whole characteristic and writing style of the contemporary acupuncture and moxibustion medical cases, compares the different styles of the ancient and modern acupuncture medical cases, and expounds the learning methods of contemporary acupuncture and moxibustion medical cases. The au- thor thinks that modern medical cases, which attach importance to anatomy and modern medical examination, and the characteristics of giving importance to acupoints while overlooking meridians, and tending to be unified in writing style. The methods of studying can be carried out in 6 aspects, such as understanding the academic thought of doctors and analyzing the key points of diagnosis and treatment.
