中医院校肿瘤护理方向专业硕士临床能力考核评价探讨

Research on Clinical Ability Evaluation of Postgraduates of Oncology Nursing Specialty in Chinese Medicine Universities

目的:构建中医院校肿瘤护理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力指标,细化临床实践能力考核指标。方法:从学院实习基地中随机抽取5家三甲中医医院的200名肿瘤专科临床护士进行调查。结果:最终形成肿瘤护理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力指标体系,包括4项一级指标和15项二级指标。结论:肿瘤护理方向临床能力指标构建紧密联系临床实际,对肿瘤护理方向专业学位研究生培养具有指导意义。

Objective： To construct the clinical nursing ability index of postgraduates in nursing specialty of Chinese medicine universities, and to refine the indexes of clinical practice ability. Methods： A total of 200 oncology clinical nurses from 53A Chinese medicine hospitals were randomly selected from the college training base for investigation. Results： Finally, the clinical nursing ability index system of master degree of nursing postgraduates was established, including 4 first class indexes and 15 two grade indexes. Conclusion： The construction of clinical ability index is closely related to clinical practice. It is of practical significance for the direction of nursing oncology and the training of postgraduates with special degree.
