水性聚氨酯/常压等离子体处理羊毛的毡缩性和染色性

Effect of waterborne polyurethane on felting and dyeing properties of wool treated by atmospheric pressure plasma

摘要 将阳离子型水性聚氨酯与常压等离子体技术结合处理羊毛织物,讨论了其对羊毛织物的耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度、尺寸变化率以及毡缩性的影响,并通过扫描电镜对改性处理后的羊毛织物进行表征。试验结果表明:常压等离子体结合阳离子型水性聚氨酯处理后,羊毛织物的毡缩性得到改善,面积毡缩率为3.21%;处理羊毛织物的染色K/S值提高了17.07%、耐摩擦色牢度提高了0.5级。 The wool fabric is modified by the atmospheric pressure plasma technology combined with the cationic waterborne polyurethane. The effects of the modification process on color fastnesses to rubbing and soaping, dimensional change, and the felting property of the wool fabric are discussed. The wool fabric is characterized by scanning electron microscope. The experimental results show that the felting property of wool fabric is improved to 3.21%, the K/S value is increased by 17.07% and the color fastness to rubbing is improved by 0.5 level.
