摘要
为降低污水排放量,将中水回用于印染加工,但回用水杂质多且水质不稳定,容易造成色点、色花、色差等问题。为解决这一难题,开发了耐回用水匀染剂TF-212BA,并从滨海、嘉兴、吴江区域典型厂家取回用水,对涤纶织物进行分散染料回用水染色。研究了TF-212BA的高温分散性、移染性等染色性能,发现该高效复合匀染剂具有优良的耐钙/镁离子和耐电解质性能;用于分散染料染色,具有高温分散性和移染性好,染色重现性佳。
In order to reduce the discharge of sewage, the enterprises turn the target to the reclaimed water reuse. Many impurities in the water and unstable water quality may cause problems such as dyeing spot, dyeing defect, color difference and so on. In order to solve these problems, the leveling agent TF-212BA is developed and applied to disperse dyeing of polyester fabric with reused water from the typical manufacturers in the Binhai, Jiaxing and Wujiang areas. The dyeing properties of TF-212BA such as dispersibility and migration at high temperature are studied. It is found that the high-efficiency com- posite leveling agent has excellent calcium/magnesium resistance and electrolyte resistance. It has good high-temperature dispersibility, migration and reproducibility in disperse dyeing.
